Titus Dittmann is considered the “father of the German skateboard scene” and is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur and founder from Münster. Today he is primarily active as a social entrepreneur and “instigator” with his organisation skate-aid. His motto is: “Das Herz muss brennen!” (which translates to “The heart must burn!”). Scott Jenson has been doing user interface design and strategic planning for over 25 years. He worked at Apple on System 7, Newton, and the Apple Human Interface guidelines. He was UX director of Symbian, VP of product design for Cognima, managed mobile UX for Google and was a creative director at frog design in San Francisco.
Scott returned to Google in November 2013 to lead the Physical Web project. He’s now working on future Android UX concepts.
Tim is an independent web performance consultant and trainer focused on building a web everyone can use. He is the author of High Performance Images (O'Reilly, 2016) and Implementing Responsive Design: Building sites for an anywhere, everywhere web (New Riders, 2012). Léonie is Director of TetraLogical; a member of the W3C Advisory Board; co-Chair of the W3C Web Applications Working Group; and a member of the Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) Advisory Committee.
Amongst other things, Léonie is co-organiser of the Inclusive Design 24 (#id24) conference; co-author of the Inclusive Design Principles; and mentor to young people interested in the fields of accessibility and inclusive design. She is also a Microsoft Most Valued Professional (MVP).

Molly is an Accessibility and Usability/User experience consultant, specialising in sensory impairments, keynote speaker and blogger. Currently recognised on the Shaw Powerlist as one of the top 100 influential people with a disability and shortlisted in 2019 National Diversity Awards.
Molly has consulted and worked alongside digital giants Apple and LinkedIn, ASOS, Sigma, Gov UK Digital Services, NHS Digital, Spotify, GN Hearing, Institute of Coding advising on the accessibility of digital online services.
Molly delivers keynote presentations and workshops around the world talking about the importance of designing for Accessibility > inclusion, consulting and advising teams on how to better deliver their products and services both environmentally and digitally.
Working alongside designers and developers Molly often runs audits on websites looking to improve the end user experience, and achieve inclusivity.
Molly aspires to a world designed to be fully inclusive to all including our ageing community, those living with temporary and lifelong disabilities. Majorities not minorities!
