I still remember our first call before Sharon came and spoke in 2017. You have a some people, where you instantly, even over video, recognise how nice they are. Sharon 100% is one of those people. And if I did not know why, when speaking to her on video, I learned it when I have seen her in real life.
She is powerful, strong and has something to say. While her topics circle around empathy, vulnerability and why it is joyful (and important) to be vulnerable. She is great company and fun to chat to.
In her talk for Düsseldorf 2025 she is talking about why it is absolutely important these days to lead with humanity, especially in a tech-driven world, like today. As she states “[…] this talk is a call to action: Technology doesn’t define the future – we do.”
