We are excited to meet you on Friday, 20 November 2026 for Fifteen! – fifteen years of beyond tellerrand, to the day. Doors open at 17:00 and we’ll keep going until late.
Diesdas has welcomed us for the Warm-Up in Berlin for several years now and this time they’re opening their doors for the whole celebration. Thank you! They’ll take care of snacks and drinks (no full catering). You bring the energy and good conversations.

Motel One
Don’t let the name fool you: the Motel One Berlin Mitte is actually in Kreuzberg, right at Moritzplatz, with the U8 station just outside the door. From here it’s a walk of about 20 minutes straight along Oranienstraße to Diesdas. One of the liveliest streets in Berlin, with lots of cafés, bars and restaurants on the way.
If you ever have been at a Motel One, you know what you get. The One Lounge is reception, breakfast café and bar in one and it serves drinks and snacks around the clock. Check-in is at 3pm, check-out at noon. Average standard price is usually between €79 and €99 for a single person.
Prinzenstraße 40

Locke at East Side Gallery
The Locke at East Side Gallery is on the Friedrichshain side of the Spree, just a few minutes from the longest remaining stretch of the Berlin Wall. To Diesdas it’s about 20 minutes to walk across the Oberbaumbrücke, which is one of the most beautiful walks in Berlin, especially at night.
Locke is more of an apartment hotel: the studios come with a small kitchen, which is nice if you stay a few days longer. There’s a café downstairs and a gym that’s open 24 hours. Check-in is at 4pm (no late-night check-in, so plan your arrival), check-out at 11am. There’s no parking at the hotel. Average standard price varies between €75 and €150 for a single person, depending on day of week or how booked it is.

Hotel Prens
The Hotel Prens is a small, family-run hotel right on the Landwehrkanal in the middle of Kreuzberg, with the U8 at Schönleinstraße just 100 metres away. To Diesdas it’s about 15 minutes walking time via Kottbusser Tor.
The Turkish market at the Maybachufer is right outside the door and it’s on Fridays, so if you arrive early on the day of the event, go and check it out. Breakfast is available for a small extra charge. Check-in is from 2:30pm, check-out at 11am. Average standard price is between €60 and €95 for a single person.
