Capitol Theater (Event: Main Conference)
The Capitol Theater is a well known venue for musicals, theater, and other events. Being in the middle of Düsseldorf, directly at the central station, the venue is very good to reach. The main hall holds up to 1100 people and the so called “Club” holds about 500 people, which makes this our first choice for beyond tellerrand.
The foyer and the bar have a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Good for networking in the breaks between the sessions. The foyer also is the place where our partners and other exciting exhibitors will be located and they will love to talk to you while having a coffee.

trivago (Events: Workshops and a11y Club Meetup)
It is great to have people who support you in a lovely and helping way. trivago recently found a new home in the “Medienhafen” in Düsseldorf.
Isn’t it wonderful that they are sharing their new home with us for three events this year? They are hosting the two half-day workshops about OAuth and Reactive JavaScript and invite us to stay with the Accessibility Club Meetup as well. All three events take place on Wednesday.

sipgate (Event: Indie Web Camp)
The wonderful people at sipgate are not only partner of beyond tellerrand for many years, but they are also giving us a home for some of the Side Events usually as well as for other events in the past.
This year they are hosting the IndieWebCamp on Saturday and Sunday before the main event once more and we are happy to have them being back as wonderful partners.

Wacom (Event: Pre-Conference Warm-Up)
I am totally delighted, that our long-time friends of Wacom are going to host the Pre-Conference Warm-Up for the first time in their – still pretty new – European headquarters in Düsseldorf.
Located near the Medienhafen (media harbour), their office is very centrally located and offers a great view onto the Rheinturm, one of the major landmarks of Düsseldorf. We are invited to get together to get into the right mood for the upcoming days and to meet and get to know each other before beyond tellerrand kicks of for the ninth time in Düsseldorf.
