It is a cultural issue that most companies pay little or no attention to! This year, various legislative changes which define accessibility as an obligation for companies worldwide providing services to Europe come into force. After presenting facts and figures regarding accessibility we provide practical insights into how people with assistance needs use digital products and the barriers they encounter every day. The presentation will give you initial tips on how to avoid the biggest pitfalls and shows you what really matters.
